The hospital provides care for patients admitted for invasive treatment and/ or interventional treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
There is an Agreement concluded between the hospital and the NHIF for clinical paths No 38, 45, 48, 49.
Patients, who need in invasive examination, shall be hospitalized provided that they have consulted a cardiologist, otherwise, after a medical check up at the consultative department of the hospital. As far there is not an agreement between the hospital and the NIF in respect to pre-hospitalization examinations, the patient shall pay for the consultation. Patients who have been admitted after an invasive examination at Medica Cor- Cardiology SHAT or at other catheterization laboratory, as well as the patients who are subject to control checkups after invasive procedure shall be free of charge. |
